Hmm, never knew Hypochondria was bugged.
Can't get in-game to test, but I'm curious what the order of operations would be if running this with Fevered Dreams. If you cast Fevered Dreams on somebody and then Hypochondria, would those conditions be removed from all in the area (Hypochondria) and then instantly reapplied to everyone in the area (Fevered Dreams)? Or would the conditions stay off of everybody else due to the Hypochondria bug? If it worked the first way, that would be retarded amounts of damage with Fragility now being AoE.

no this wouldnt work
you would need to do fevered, condition that person
target another and click hypo and then click back on the fevered person to hypo back
which isnt as effective i think. extend i think works better casue the conditions last longer and u can keep repeating it

I think we're looking at two totally different situations - I'm not looking at conditioning the Fevered person to start with at all, and I'm not really even looking for damage with Fragility. I'm just looking at a way to get as many conditions on as many people as possible, and Fevered has a bigger range than Extend.
For example, my team runs a lot of different conditions - Deep Wound, Weakness, Cracked Armor, and often Poison - and we often focus differently, for example the Poison ranger is interrupting monks and eles while necros are casting Enfeebling Blood on the melee. If casting Hypochondria on somebody with Fevered will combine every condition in the entire area, and then give them to everybody in the entire area, that is far more important to me than a Fragility spike.
For what you're trying to do (damage-spiking), EC would definitely be the better option. However, why I'm asking is that I'm trying to theorycraft something different for myself while I don't have access to the game.

So complicated >.<
If you hypo them, wouldn't the conditions all be gone? Because if they are all gone, how are you going to extend conditions? Unless you weaken/Virulence again... I'm lost :S

Extend recharges so fast you can just chain cast to keep spreading to a bigger and bigger area.

Awesome; I'm not the only one whose playing with Extend Conditions over the past few days! *very happy*
Anyway, was for the FD one, I'm not quite sure how one would go about that, but the EC one sounds fun.
I never thought of doing a damage spike with it, actually. My main idea was to spread conditions and let your teammates spike it all, but adding in damage spike works great.
If range is a problem, just send a tank in to cluster the baddies up!
I think whether you use FD or EC would depend on the situation and how much they ball, though.
